EXTEND YOUR CARE TEAM WITH GILDA’S CLUB
FREE CANCER SUPPORT GROUPS AND PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY.
We provide free social and emotional support to complement your patients’ medical treatment for anyone impacted by cancer, including those in active treatment, survivors, caregivers and those who are bereaved. We’re here to help with over 190 free programs every month, including support groups, short-term counseling, wellness programs, education, social connection, and financial assistance at four Kentuckiana locations. Our program of support is free of charge with no insurance required.
Psychosocial support has been proven to positively impact health outcomes by reducing stress and isolation, improving coping skills and emotional well-being, and encouraging self-care and connection. You can easily refer your patients using the link below and completing a short form.
Join our Professional Advisory Board
Our PAB shares their knowledge and experience to help guide our program
Our Professional Advisory Board (PAB) is comprised of healthcare and mental health professionals who help us stay in the know on advances in cancer treatment, local research, trends in diagnoses/patient challenges across the state and more. PAB members also lend their expertise to enhance our program, offering educational sessions for our members on topics relevant to the patient and caregiver experiences. We are also grateful for the ways they help us stay connected to the broader healthcare community for continuous provider education, ensuring that patients and caregivers are referred to our free program of support when they need it most.
