Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style that uses long-held, passive floor poses to target deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints) rather than muscles. By holding postures for 3 to 10+ minutes, it improves flexibility and stimulates energyflow. Led by David Klaphaak, an RYT200 certified yoga instructor, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can explore, challenge yourself, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Coloring Club

Who doesn’t love to color! Join our bi-monthly coloring club, a space to unwind and get creative with colors. This relaxing hang-out is all about enjoying the simple pleasure of coloring. Coloring is a peaceful mindfulness, activity for all ages. With a variety of themed coloring pages and plenty of colored pencils, markers, and crayons, there’s something for everyone to dive into. Qigong

Qigong (pronounced "chee gong") is a holistic system of coordinated movement and meditation that focuses on cultivating one's consciousness. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as "life energy". According to Taoist, Buddhist, and Confucian philosophy, qigong allows access to higher realms of awareness, awakens one's "true nature", and helps develop human potential. Through movement, meditation and group reflection we renew and replenish our vital energy while developing skills to create true health, balance and harmony in our daily lives. Join us! VIRTUAL

Gilda's Club has been a safe haven, a second family, and a wonderful experience for me. I have laughed, cried, and learned so much.
Gilda’s is an extension of my family in a way I would never have expected. It’s made such a positive impact on my family and me.
I didn't choose to get cancer; it chose me. At Gilda's, I've learned that cancer doesn't define who I am, what I can do, or how to live my life. I'm still in charge of me as I walk this journey learning to live with cancer, and not for cancer.
The support I've received has been invaluable and it's comforting to know I'm surrounded by people who truly understand the cancer journey and are there to support me every step of the way.
As a person caring for a loved one with cancer, I cannot recommend Gilda’s enough to others. Gilda’s left me more informed and less alone. It’s a vital resource.
Gilda’s saved me when my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. Gilda’s became an emotional lifeline. To be surrounded by those with similar stories was invaluable. After he passed, I joined the bereavement group and learned to navigate how to live with loss.
