2011 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon (Value: $2,000)

This limited release was the Double Gold Medal winner for Best Bourbon at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competiton. It was matured in barrels crafted from Northern and Ozark terroir sourced white oak. This resulted in the development of some rich fruit notes (Ozark) and deep, dark char (Northern) characteristics. The barrels were stored in Warehouses H and I, on the 1st and 6th floors. These locations exposed the barrels to the extreme heat and cool which resulted in a rich, complex maturation profile.

Rabbit Hole Mizunara Founder’s Collection Straight Bourbon (Value: $1,500)

This rare and exquisite bourbon is meticulously aged in new charred American oak barrels before being finished in luxurious Mizunara oak casks from Japan. The result is a complex and harmonious spirit that marries traditional Kentucky bourbon with the exotic influence of Japanese oak.

Forester Barrel Reserve 96 ($1,000)

The (Old) Forester Barrel Reserve 96 is a collectors’ item celebrating the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. It is a 12-year-old (1984) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey known for its rich, complex flavors derived from its aging process, including notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and spice.
