Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana offers both adult and pediatric financial assistance (age 29 and under) to those with an individual in active treatment. Households are eligible to apply one time. Assistance is given in the form of a $250 gift card to either Kroger, Walmart or Speedway. Pediatric families must download this Verification of Treatment form and have a medical professional complete and return it to Gilda’s Club.
