HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
AND ARTS

Living with cancer can be tough, but at Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana…

We believe in the power of community and creativity to help you through your journey. Whether you’re currently going through treatment, supporting a loved one, celebrating survivorship, or navigating loss, our programs are designed to lift your spirits and enhance your well-being.

A Wide Array of Programs

AVAILABLE EACH MONTH AT GILDA’S CLUB KENTUCKIANA

We offer a wonderful variety of activities that focus on both body and mind, helping you embrace life even while cancer is a part of it. With over 190 programs available each month, you’ll find many types of healthy lifestyle programs—everything from cooking and nutrition classes, yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi to Reiki, mindfulness, line dancing and QiGong.

These program offerings are not just about feeling good; they also help you build strength, improve balance, increase mobility, and reduce stress.

Sometimes, it’s hard to express what we’re feeling. That’s why art plays a huge role in our programs! Engaging in creative activities like painting, drawing, writing, or making music can be therapeutic. It allows you to explore your emotions and boost your focus, communication and self-esteem, all while helping to reduce anxiety and blood pressure.

Whether led by licensed art therapists or passionate volunteers, our art programs welcome you with open arms—no previous experience needed. What truly matters is the healing journey you embark on while creating.

At Gilda’s Club, we aim to inspire new perspectives and hope for the future through both healthy lifestyle programs and creative arts. We can’t wait for you to check out our calendar of activities! If you’re interested in joining us, just click the link to RSVP or give us a call. We’re here for you!
